Registration Form

Please print a copy of the registration form for completion and mail with the registration fee of $185 per student to:

A complete registration application consists of the following:

• Completed Registration Form (Link to download form)
• A non-refundable Registration fee of $185 for each child
• Most recent year's school records-report cards, attendance records and behavior records-for each child (not required for Kindergarten).
• Any available standardized test records for each child (not required for Kindergarten)
• Immunization records for each child

What are the deadlines for submitting an application?
Applications are accepted year-round. Students may be enrolled throughout the year if openings exist.

When will I know if my child has been admitted? How will I be contacted?
You will be notified of acceptance by letter. The school requires a complete registration application (see above) before making a decision on acceptance. Please be sure to update us if your contact information changes.

When will the school know if a particular grade has space available for next year?
Open enrollment begins in the third week of February. Currently enrolled students register in early February for the following year. After the current student registration period concludes, new students enroll based on the space available in each grade. A child may be placed on a waiting list when necessary.
